涉及到中文国家的主要有三个，香港子公司，新加坡子公司以及在大陆的办事处。

大陆办理处：https://www.ibkr.com.cn/

因为国内一直没有放开金融业，所以欧美的期货公司是不能在国内展业的，大陆的这个网址是跟香港的网址指向一样的服务器，或者说国内访问香港盈透证券网址时走com.cn要比走com.hk要快的多。

但是最近一两年因为众所周知的原因，大陆的这个网址已经成为一个单页网址了，单纯为了存在而存在了，所以要是涉及到开户以及客服什么的具体业务时只能通过香港盈透网站来处理，可能随着形势的进展，最后都跳到新加坡盈透网站来处理了。
